Privacy & data

What we store, where it lives, who can see it and how the funder data is collected.

Your data

• Account: email, name and profile picture from your sign-in provider (email link, Google or Apple).
• Company answers: your onboarding answers, used only to rank funders for you.
• Workspace: messages, drafts, priorities, calendar events and saved filters.

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Auth) with row-level security on every table: only members of a workspace can read or change its data. Funder data is public reference data that anyone can read.

What we never do

• Sell your data or share your answers with funders.
• Apply to or contact funders on your behalf.
• Use AI to decide your grades, or use your answers to train AI models.
• Collect personal contact details of people at funds.

Funder data

The funder list is curated from public sources, with a source URL for every field, a confidence level per record and the date it was last checked. Unknown fields are shown as unknown, never guessed. Spotted something wrong? Tell us from the funder’s page.
