Team & invites
Invite co-founders and advisors by Gmail or any email, choose their role and remove them at any time.
Invite a teammate
- Open People & access (sidebar → Advanced).
- Enter their Gmail or any email address and choose a role: Admin or Member.
- They get an email with a link. When they sign in with that same, verified email address they join your workspace automatically. Invites expire after 14 days and can be re-sent.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including removing anyone and deleting the workspace. A workspace always keeps at least one owner. |
| Admin | Invite people, remove members, edit workspace settings, delete channels and company data. |
| Member | Use the board, investors, deadlines and channels; post messages. |
Remove a teammate
In People & access, open the person’s menu and choose Remove. Their access ends immediately. Messages they already posted stay in the conversation. You can also revoke a pending invite before it is accepted.
Everything is saved to the workspace
Conversations, unsent drafts, priorities and board cards are stored on the server, not in your browser. Refresh, sign out, or sign in on another device: it all looks the same, and teammates see updates live.
